 Where

There is hope
through Jesus Christ, and there are
ministries and churches that operate in the power of God's
Word and minister to those who need deliverance and those
who are facing real demonic attacks.

Who do I turn to?
Where can I go?
Who will believe what is going
on?
Who can help?
I will tell you who Jesus Christ
said would have the power to deal with these things…
His disciples or in other words, His
"church"
that follows His commandments.
Before you get turned off by
this, I don’t mean the Catholics or
the Methodists or the Baptists or the Church of God or
whatever denomination people think of when I say the
'church'.
The
TRUE CHURCH
are those
believers
who
have been
born
again
believing on the
Lord
Jesus Christ
unto
salvation and now has His
Holy Spirit
living inside of them.
THIS IS THE
"CHURCH", AND THE
CHURCH IS THE “BODY OF
CHRIST”
The bottom line is that you can
TURN TO JESUS CHRIST! He will help you! And Jesus
works through HIS CHURCH... the Body of Christ. And there
are those in the body of Christ that have become strong in the
Lord and in the power of His might... that walk in the Spirit
and walk in the Word of God, who have the power of God flowing
through them. There is help for those who find themselves
in these places!
The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is called to do the same
works that Jesus did, and that explicitly includes
setting the captives free
and casting out demons.
This is a specific work that is mentioned that the church
is to do that our Lord did when He walked on this Earth.
First, the church is the Body of Christ
and not a building or a denomination.
The true Body of Christ will have the
fruit of the Spirit grow in their lives, and they will
 flow
in the gifts of the Spirit.
Their strength is not their own,
but they are strong in the Lord and in
the power of His might. They might attend
any church affiliation that teaches the Word of God.
The label or name does not make you part of the church.
The blood of Jesus Christ and the presence of God does!
There
is power in being "in Jesus Christ"!
There
is power in being an active part of His church!
There
is power in walking in the will and Word of God!
There is power in being in
"the
Faith"
with
other believers joined together by the love and Spirit of
God!
HERE IS THE
PROBLEM
THAT MANY PEOPLE FACE
IN THE "CHURCH"!
What has happened is the
many churches are "afraid" to deal
with real demonic problems. In fact, many times many
churches are afraid to "admit" that demons are still real, as
though they took a powder from Planet Earth when the Apostles of
Jesus died or something. This is a very unrealistic
and foolish attitude.
IGNORANCE allows evil to
flourish and prosper!
Many churches think
that if they ignore the demonic that it will somehow go
away. THIS
BETRAYS THE VERY COMMANDS THAT JESUS AND THE NEW TESTAMENT
GIVES TO THE CHURCH!
The spiritual vacuum that comes from ignoring both the
problem of an evil spiritual world around us, and from
ignoring the
SPIRITUAL RESPONSIBILITY THAT THE CHURCH HAS
to resist the devil and set the captives free is what allows
evil to thrive!
THE PART OF THE CHURCH THAT HAS
FALLEN ASLEEP MUST WAKE UP IN THIS LAST GENERATION OF THE LAST
DAYS FOR EVIL IS AWAKE AND MOVING! AND WE ARE CALLED TO BE
LIGHT IN THE WORLD OF DARKNESS!
Many churches like to do some creative interpretation with
scriptures to say that the church does not need the power of
God like they did in the New Testament Church in Acts.
Some just ignore the
pertinent scriptures outright. Some do the bible
shuffle and read only selected parts from the Word of God
that deals with this. And
some (sadly) will talk about it, have it in their doctrinal
commitments, but when someone who has a real demon comes
before them... they shy away in fear not knowing what to do
with them.
In fact,
there was a number of revivals that I preached as a direct
result of pastors that did not know how to deal with this kind
of spiritual conflict. They would contact me as an
Evangelist for a revival knowing that the problem would be
exposed and come to a head in services.
When churches are afraid of
and deny the very truth in the Bible and in the Spirit of
God, then where are people who need help to turn?
WHERE
DO YOU TURN?
The Enemy in seeing this
vacuum of the power of God within the church has put his own
New Age False Religion out
there who tries to use literally a white form of witchcraft and
one set of demons to control the oppressive set of demons.
Uh... wake up...
it's a TRAP, and doing
this will just pull you deeper into trouble if you go that
route?
So, WHERE
CAN YOU GO?
There are
people of God... part of the Jesus' church... that has not only
the knowledge, but the power of God to help you.
They have the guidance of the Holy Spirit and a
long study of God's Word made alive by that same Holy Spirit to
give the help that you need.
See, it
takes Jesus to set someone free.
The church
has been given authority by Jesus and the Word of God to move in
faith to declare liberty over the captive.
The
Holy Spirit within us then will move and back up that "Word
of God" and bind the demonic strongmen.
In fact, the church is called
to take the whole armor of God and to take the Kingdom of God by
force... to tear down the Gates of Hell and take a spoil from
the Enemy. The Holy Spirit is the ischuteros (the
stronger man) who binds the ischuros (spiritual strongmen).
The Gates of Hell shall not prevail against Jesus'
church.
The weapons
of our Warfare are mighty to the pulling down of Strongholds!
It is
one of the signs that follow the Believers in Jesus Christ
that they would take up the good fight of faith, and resist
the Devil and literally cast out demons
(devils in the KJV).
You see the church doing just that in Acts
and the authority (keys to the Kingdom) of Jesus Christ (the
ROCK) has been given to the church (the body of Christ), and
we are doing the Works of God on Earth now until Jesus calls
us out of the world at the First Resurrection.
If you are reading this and
you are a Christian, but you are one of those who have had
the biblical teachings on Spiritual Warfare kept from you,
then I challenge you in the name of Jesus to seek out
His Word and find the truth for yourself.
Pray and allow the
Holy Spirit to speak to you... from the gospels to
the letters of the Apostles, and really from Genesis to
Revelation you see a spiritual fight with the human soul as
the battleground.
 THIS
IS A FIGHT OVER HUMAN SOULS. THE MIND IS THE PRIMARY
BATTLEGROUND, ALTHOUGH THAT CAN EXPAND OVER FAMILIES, HOMES,
BUILDINGS, LAND, CITIES, COUNTRIES.
THERE IS A SPIRITUAL BATTLE GOING ON AROUND US ALL THE TIME.
And sometimes,
people are caught in the midst of very supernatural elements
of it. There are places that are literally "cursed"
because of what people have honored there. The land
needs to be healed when that happens.
People
still get possessed (demonized) just like they did in
biblical days. If biblical possession is not
real, then Jesus did not know what He was doing.
Be careful!
People
deny Jesus and the Word sometimes thinking that they are
smarter than God...
ever learning,
but never able to come to the knowledge of the truth... wise
in their own eyes. That is the
road to Apostasy and damnation.
After a little biblical background
on why God has given the church the "authority" to bind and
loose and cast out demons, we will discuss how to find someone
with the knowledge and power of God to help you.
The biblical backing of our power in Jesus’ name:
Luke 10:17-20 “ 17 And the seventy
returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are
subject unto us through thy name. 18 And he said unto them,
I beheld Satan as lightning
fall from heaven. 19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread
on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the
enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. 20
Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are
subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are
written in heaven. “
Mark 16:17-18 “
17 And these signs shall follow
them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils;
they shall speak with new tongues; 18 They shall take up
serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not
hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall
recover. “
John 14:12-16 “
12 Verily, verily, I say unto
you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he
do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I
go unto my Father. 13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my
name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in
the Son. 14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do
it. 15 If ye love me, keep my commandments. 16 And I will
pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter,
that he may abide with you for ever; “
Matthew 16:18-19
“ 18 And I say also unto thee,
That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my
church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of
heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be
bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth
shall be loosed in heaven. “
Ephesians 6:10-13 “10 Finally, my
brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his
might. 11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be
able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we
wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against
principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the
darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high
places. 13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God,
that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having
done all, to stand. “
2 Corinthians 10:3-5 “ 3 For though
we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: 4 (For
the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty
through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) 5 Casting
down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself
against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity
every thought to the obedience of Christ; “
James 4:7 “ Submit yourselves
therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from
you. “
There are a number of other
scriptures that deal with our authority in Jesus Christ and the
power of the Holy Spirit given to the church over unclean
spirits. You can find Bible Studies that can help you on
this site and on the links that we will give you at the end of
this document.
Remember this...
Dealing with demonic powers requires 3 things:
1. a
working, practical, and living knowledge of God’s Word
(especially of the gospels and the books of the New Testament
which was written to the church);
2. the
moving of the Holy Spirit (which not only gives us the
gift of Discernment of Spirits, but gives us the power to bind
and cast out demons);
3. and
a faith in God and His Word that brings forth the works
of God.
Note that there are a lot of
"nutcases" online
and out there that act like that they know what they are doing,
and really do not.
They use real terms such as demonologist or researcher, but they
approach it from a natural or worldly viewpoint. The
reality is that evil spirits are spiritual.
The only way
to truly deal with demonic spirits is with the Holy Spirit.
And the only way to have the power of the Holy Spirit flow
through us is to have a walk with Jesus Christ.
It takes Jesus to deal with evil powers.
God is greater! It is NOT like some try to present it as a
force or power that is both white and black... good and evil at
the same time. God is literally good, and the absence of
God is what allows evil to rise. The darkness rises when
the light is rejected. Jesus Christ literally is that
light. And when the power and glory
of Jesus Christ shines, evil is put to flight.
THIS IS REAL...
it works!
I have seen "many" delivered by the power of Jesus Christ.
I have seen some that seem hopeless set free by the power of
God.
God has blessed me to be a part
of a ministry that has seen the demon possessed totally set
free. I have seen cursed places...
haunted
if you will... cleansed by
the power of Jesus Christ...
I have seen angels come and bring assistance. It is real.
God is real... His power is real, and you can turn to Jesus
Christ!
